Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Balsamic Vinegar

Wash and peel 1 ½ pounds of sweet potatoes.

Cut into cubes and boil in salted water for 10 minutes or until tender.

Mash with a potato masher or electric mixer.

Add 3 tablespoons sour cream, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon.

Mix thoroughly.
