Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl stir together 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 beaten egg, and ½ teaspoon garlic salt.
Toss in 12 ounces fresh green beans.
Sprinkle in 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese and toss gently.
Place evenly on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Heat for a minute or two under broiler to add crispness.
