Easy Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

Wash and quarter 8 red potatoes.

Place in a large saucepan and add 3 peeled cloves of garlic.

Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Drain potatoes and add 2 tablespoons butter, ½ cup milk, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese.

Mash and enjoy!
