Beriswill Farm Market raises their corn fed beef on the farm with no hormones or steroids added to the feed. 
Customers can have their meat freshly butchered.

Customers can purchase a steer, a 1/2 steer, or a “1/2 of a 1/2” (1/4 of a steer). We charge based on hanging weight, which is approximately 60-63% of the live weight. Steers range in weight from 1100-1500 pounds. Dressed out, the hanging weight ranges from 660-900 pounds. The packaged meat a customer receives is approximately 43% of the live weight.

Steers are butchered, cut, and wrapped according to the customer’s order, ready for the freezer.
The price may be adjusted to reflect livestock auction prices for the best possible meat prices. This could provide for a great savings in your meat costs!
